In this 8-session course, participants will start the journey to not worry! Using existing stress management tools, grounded in a Biblical framework, we will learn to have the peace Jesus promised all believers and gain health in mind and body. In this 8 sessions course, participants will learn to draw nearer to the person of Jesus in day to day living. We will address several root issues that keep us from intimacy with Christ such as not forgiving oneself, holding onto our hurts, and experiencing suffering. Through this course, we will take deeper root in foundational Biblical concepts \nsuch as God\u2019s lovingkindness, goodness, faithfulness, and power, and come to embrace the love of Jesus for us personally. At whatever stage you are in, God calls us to bless someone else. In \nthis 6 session course, we will learn the basics of coaching and \nmentoring others by sharing our personal lives and actively listening to other\u2019s stories. Skills will be learned through actively practicing them in the group and between sessions.
